Additional production tenants on cloud

In accordance with our strategy to follow the Microsoft pricing structure, we have decided to align our ForNAV Cloud pricing with Microsoft pricing and introduce a new price for additional production tenants in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Cloud. If customers have additional production tenants on the same Azure Active Directory (AAD) ID, they will need the new price item for each of them. The first production tenant on each AAD is still included in the ForNAV user pricing. The total number of Business Central users (essentials/premium) across all tenants should still equal the total number of ForNAV users up to 20 users. Above 20 users, the ForNAV license is for an unlimited number of users in the same AAD.

For new customers on ForNAV Cloud, the new pricing has already taken effect.

For existing customers (per June 1, 2023) on ForNAV Cloud, the new pricing will take effect June 1, 2024.

Change to upgrade fee ForNAV OnPrem licenses

Like Microsoft, we are adjusting the prices of our yearly enhancement for customers with a one-time fee (perpetual) on-premises license. Effective October 1, 2023, pricing for the upgrade fee / yearly enhancement will increase by 1% from 17% to 18%. The enhancement will still be calculated on the customer’s original purchase price of the license. This change will impact the customer’s first renewal after September 30, 2023.
