In Business Central, you can create retention policies. Retention policies allow you to automatically delete all the records in a table that match specified criteria.

Not every table can be used in a retention policy. In the 7.3.0.10 release of ForNAV, we have made the following tables available for retention policies:

6189103 “ForNAV Document Archive”
6189105 “ForNAV Document History”
