DI’s innovation team is developing a new innovation model in collaboration with a well-known American professor, Robert Cooper. The aim is to achieve greater success with innovation in Danish companies. To get the best results, the model is being developed in cooperation with an expert panel made up of Lego, Coloplast, Grundfos, Danfoss, and ForNAV.
The project ends in December 2017, when the end result is expected to be a new Agile Stage-Gate model of innovation, directly applicable for medium-sized companies.
